nike6 posted a video: low frequency- the effect of LED being powered can be seen. the voltage drops a little, but not meaningfully! without PIC, 14VOLTS (at 1.6V input).
i have modified the circuit, now a red LED is used instead of capacitor!

nike6 posted a photo: this design was tested, and works. some variations included on the paper sheet. they are built using PNP transistors. i want to create a base PCB including a PIC, battery holder, and DC/DC converter!
made in Thailand (Korea, USA, etc).
